Vinay S. Navani, principal and director of tax at Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. joined the firm in 1998. His client roster includes emerging and established businesses in the high-tech and software industries as well as other closely-held businesses along with the business owners. He assists his clients on income tax planning and compliance matters such as business sales and restructuring, retirement plans, charitable giving strategies, tax audits and other topics.

Vinay also advises clients on the U.S. tax aspects of international business and works with U.S. citizens living overseas as well as foreign nationals present in the United States.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Vinay served as Technical Manager in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Tax Information Phone Service. In this capacity, he provided tax research services as well as professional expertise to other Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). He was also previously a tax manager at an international accounting firm.

Charlie Bass is the Founder and President of the Las Vegas Internet Chamber of Commerce. Coming from a financial and also a technical background, Charlie has written many Internet based commercial business applications for several fortune 100 companies and government agencies in and out of the Financial world.

Currently, in addition to LVICC, he is involved in several other Internet business ventures, “Talk Radio Las Vegas” and “Las Vegas Public Relations for the Internet”, two ventures with very promising financial futures and is a leading force is communicating the happenings in Las Vegas to the world.

Charlie has a BA in Mathematics and a MS in Finance and has owned and operated companies his entire adult life. In the Financial arena, Charlie has attained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
